At NKASÌ ATHLETICS ®, we want you to fall in love with our items. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase. Simply follow the guidelines below.

Returns

  • Items can only be returned within 15 days of the date of purchase and when accompanied by proof of purchase.

    • If the item was purchase as pre order then you have 15 days from date when we send out the order 

  • The item must be in “like new” condition, all packages are inspected for defects prior to being mail out.

    • "Like new" means unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and able to be sold with the original packaging 

  • NKASÌ ATHLETICS ®, reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. 

  • We are happy to honor returns for our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers

  • Sales to individuals whom management believes are resellers or bulk purchasers are final sales. No exchange or return privileges will be granted.

Exchanges

  • If the item you are exchanging is not of equal value please contact us through email: NkasiAthletics@gmail.com

  • All exchanges must be done within 15 days of purchase. 

  • Must be accompanied with the original packaging, and the desired size and item.

  • Customers exchanging items are responsible for the shipping cost of the return and new item(s).

  • If items are returned to us by the shipping provider due to incomplete or insufficient address, customer is responsible for postage of re-shipment.

  • If address is entered wrong at checkout, please reach out to us IMMEDIATELY! (within 24 hours preferably)

  • If you receive a defective item, email us with your order number, detailed description, and image (if possible) of defect. We will review and reply within 24 hours with a resolution.
